• All persons involved in facility activities assume all inherent risks & responsibilities, whether spectator or participant.
  • The tournament will operate in accordance with USA Hockey rules except where modified herein.
  • Only team members on the roster and participating in on-ice play are allowed on the player’s benches and on the ice surface during games.
  • Absolutely no one on the ice during resurfacing times. Players are to remain off the ice until the resurfacing doors are completely closed, bench minor penalties will be assessed for failure to comply. 
  • The facility and/or its management are not responsible for lost or stolen property.
  • The tournament will consist of pool play, with the results used to seed teams into a single-elimination bracket.
  • Winners of pool play advance to the semi-final, single-elimination playoff.
  • Games tied at the end of regulation in the round-robin games are decided by a five-minute, 3-on-3 overtime period. Games tied at the end of the 5-minute overtime period will be decided by a three-man shootout. A sudden death shootout will occur for any game tied at the end of the three-man shootout. Players may only attempt a second shootout goal after all other players on their roster have participated.
  • In the semi-finals and finals, ties will be decided by a continuous 10-minute, five-on-five overtime period.
  • All games consist of three, 13-minute stop-time periods. Games will include a three-minute warm-up and a one-minute stoppage between periods.
  • All games with a five-goal differential in the third period will become run-time, should goal differential become four goals, the format will revert to stopped time.
  • Game clock stoppages are the discretion of on-ice officials.
  • Players in the “D” level division are limited to 3 goals per player. If a player scores more than 3, the goal is waived off and a center ice face-off will occur.
